The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan have endorsed the safety record of Air Peace by embarking on a return chartered flight with the airline from Abuja to Lagos on May 12, 2024 as part of their three days Royal visit to Nigeria.
The Royal couple together with their team of Royal dignitaries and British officials flew out of the Nation’s Capital city aboard one of the airline’s brand new Embraer 195-E2 aircraft. This was a testament to their confidence in the airline and a Royal statement of Air Peace professionalism.
Upon arrival at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos at 9:00 hours, the Royal couple were welcomed by high profile military personnel, Air Peace Chairman, Dr. Allen Onyema as well as other top government officials. They were also treated to an impressive cultural display by one of Nigeria’s leading dance troupes.
The Duke and Duchess arrived in Abuja, Nigeria on Friday, May 10, 2024 flagging off a three-day private visit to the country.
